Elaine Plybon

Elaine Plybon is a former high school science teacher, instructional coach, and technology specialist. She currently provides professional development and instructional design services through Discovery Education, Collaborative Learning, Quality ACT, and the National Association of Partnerships in Equity (NAPE). Her experiences in the classroom ranging from no tech to 1:1 classrooms gives her a unique perspective on technology integration. In her spare time, Elaine writes for the Examiner as the National Technology in Education Examiner, and is a theater critic in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In 2012, she was a finalist for Instructional Technology Specialist of the Year for TCEA, and was selected as a Discovery Educator Network Guru.
